About:

People and lands! Whether spectacular Grands Crus, sublime Premiers Crus, or Village appellations with a strong identity, we mature our wines with respect for Burgundian traditions, terroirs and climates, to reveal the natural personality of each plot. Our House is concerned about the well-being of our teams, the passionate men and women who shape our history. The satisfaction of our customers is at the heart of our concerns: it allows us to build long-term relationships of trust. From the plot of vines to the marketing of our wines, we are committed daily to maintaining traceability and a high level of quality in our various businesses with the aim of always offering exceptional products. Rigor and precision are the watchwords to achieve our objectives. From the vineyard to the cellar, at Moillard the production of great vintages has been an art mastered for generations. We select our grapes from partner winegrowers for many years and our team of oenologists uses all its know-how to vinify and mature quality wines, representative of their terroir and which are appreciable in their youth but also after a few years spent in the cellar.

Tasting Notes:

”A vintage full of freshness and fruit, made from grapes from different vineyards of Beaujolais, the Liergues area and Saint-Jean-d’Ardières. “Gamay rosé will surprise you with its freshness, its expression and its aromas of red fruits, with a lemony touch. A great way to rediscover Beaujolais, during your picnics, barbecues or evenings with friends. All in a very beautiful bottle! ”

– Cathy Stoffel – Product Manager

Pairing Suggestions:

This berry-fueled rosé pairs particularly well with seafood dishes featuring oily fish, particularly salmon, and chicken or other fowl.

Jim Lutfy’s Thoughts:

”It Jumps out of the glass with raspberry and strawberry flavors!! Really delicious….. great favors here !! Best served with Salmon and any oily fish or Chicken!!”

– Jim Lufty, Fine Wine Source
